BarndoVista is designed around how people really choose a home: they see it, picture their life in it, and then want the plans.
1. Find a home you love
Browse the collection and open any home to walk through it, inside and out, in up to 16 renderings: the hero view, twilight, the porch, the great room, kitchen, bedrooms and baths. Filter by size, bedrooms, stories and shop or garage.
Every image is a concept rendering of the design its plan set describes, not a photograph of a built home.
2. Buy the plan set
Each home has one plan set for $149. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, which processes the card payment and calculates any sales tax. Right after payment you land on your download page; your Stripe receipt arrives by email.
3. Take it to your builder
Your plan set is a builder-ready drawing set, dimensioned to the inch, with an editable CAD file of the floor plan. Your builder uses it to price the home and adapt it to your land.
The drawings are unstamped. Structural design, engineering, energy and code review and permits are completed by your local builder and, where your project needs one, a licensed engineer or architect.
4. Make it yours
Want a bigger shop or one more bedroom? Your builder or drafter can make changes from the CAD file. You can also request a change from us by email, using the link on the home’s page, and we will reply with what it involves and a quote.
