Concept renderings
Every image on this site is a concept rendering, not a photograph of a built home. Materials, colors, furniture and landscaping are illustrative.
Not site-specific
Our drawings are not prepared for any particular site, climate, soil or local code. They do not include structural design, member sizing, foundation design, engineering, seals or permit services. Requirements vary by location: your local builder and, where required, a licensed engineer or architect determine what your project needs before construction.
Areas and dimensions
Living areas are measured to the outside face of exterior walls and exclude porches, garages and shops, which are listed separately. Verify all dimensions before building.
