What you are buying

A digital plan set for one BarndoVista home design. Each plan set contains the builder-ready drawing set (PDF) dimensioned to the inch, an editable CAD file (DXF) of the floor plan, the home's concept renderings, full-size, and the plan license described on our Plan license page. The exact contents are listed on each home's page and on our What's included page.

Price, payment and tax

The price shown on each home's page is in U.S. dollars and is the full price of the plan set. BarndoVista is the seller. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; BarndoVista never sees or stores your full card number. Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where it applies, and your receipt is emailed to you.

We sell to buyers in all fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

Delivery

Your files are delivered digitally: right after payment you land on your download page, and your Stripe receipt arrives by email. No physical items are shipped.

What a plan set is not

Plan sets are unstamped design documents. They are not prepared for your particular site, soil, climate or local codes, and they do not include structural design, member sizing, foundation design, engineering, seals, energy calculations or permit services. Your local builder and, where your project needs one, a licensed engineer or architect review and complete the drawings for your project before construction. BarndoVista does not supply building materials, labor or permits.

Renderings

Images on this site are concept renderings of each design. Finishes, furniture, landscaping and surroundings shown are illustrative and are not part of the plan set.

All sales are final

Plan sets are digital downloads delivered immediately, so every sale is final and no refunds are given. By buying a plan set you agree to these terms. If a file listed for your plan set is missing or will not open, email barndovista@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you a working copy of that file; that is a replacement, not a refund.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, BarndoVista's total responsibility for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited by agreement.
